2015 — Where It All Began
Our journey began in 2015, when we established our first company in Shenzhen, building compliance and corporate structuring solutions for a new wave of internet and technology businesses. From those early years working alongside founders in China’s fast-moving tech landscape, we learned first-hand how regulatory clarity, good structure and the right support can transform a business.
2020 — Stepping onto the Global Stage
As our clients grew beyond China, so did we. By 2020, we had expanded into the United Kingdom, collaborating with local lawyers, financial specialists and compliance professionals to help Chinese and Asian companies enter the UK and European markets safely and strategically.
2025 — Expanding Across Southeast Asias
In 2025, we established teams in Malaysia and Singapore, deepening our presence across Southeast Asia and supporting the rapidly growing ecosystem of cross-border founders.
2026 — it continues with every founder we walk alongside
Over the past decade, we have served more than 800 clients across technology, internet platforms, MedTech, finance, blockchain, education, e-commerce, robotics and other emerging sectors.
